A big part of tradition on this holiday is listening to songs like this one that speak on the pride of independence on this day because it sparks feelings of joy, pride and patriotism. On September 15 and 16 Mexicans all around Mexico celebrate el dia de Independencia with music, fireworks, parades etc. It contains historical references from the war and how happy and prideful they are to be Mexican on el Dia De Independencia.
